Clinical Dietitian - Outpatient Nutrition & Education

Heart of Ohio Family Health Centers is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to provide medical nutrition therapy in our primary care clinics. You will assess nutritional needs, develop plans, educate patients, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve health outcomes. The role requires RD status, Ohio licensure, and 1–3 years of outpatient dietitian experience.
