Salesforce Business Analyst

The Business Analyst is the key point of contact/liaison between the business and the development team. Salesforce business analyst is a project-based, business-improvement role. Business analysts help guide businesses to improve business processes and efficiency in Salesforce. They elicit, document, and analyze requirements around business challenges, and then produce data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:

Its important to possess the leadership skills to stay alert and bring value to the project with responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Creation and understanding of business cases and process flows upon request.
• Answer queries from the business.
• Understand and find areas of opportunities and bring them to the table.
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
• Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
• Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Advanced technical skills.
• Excellent documentation skills.

Requirements:

• A bachelors degree in business or related field
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field. +5 YOE as a BA/SM or similar roles.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Experience with Application development requirements.
• Analytical and Critical Thinking.
• Leadership.
• BA Certification Desired.
• Experience using: Jira, ADO, Confluence
• UiPath is a plus.
• A track record of following through on commitments.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.
• A history of leading and supporting successful projects.

Desirable

• Experience working in a not-for-profit organization or a small but growing organization
• Previous Salesforce Implementation experience
• Knowledge of best-practice sales process
