Assistant Store Manager: Lead, Grow Sales & Earn Incentives

You will support the Store Manager with recruiting, onboarding, training, cash handling, inventory, and customer service to create a welcoming, productive environment. In this role, you’ll supervise sales, donations processing, merchandising, and safety compliance while stepping in as acting Store Manager when needed.
