Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide behavioral health and supportive care services in Douglas, Arizona. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting individuals and families with a variety of behavioral health, emotional, and social needs.Compensation: 92,000-115,000Position HighlightsProvide behavioral health assessments, counseling, and therapeutic servicesWork collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare teamSupport patients and families through treatment, education, and care coordinationResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive psychosocial and behavioral health assessmentsProvide individual, family, and group counseling as appropriateDevelop and implement individualized treatment plansAssist patients in identifying and accessing appropriate community resourcesProvide crisis intervention and supportive counseling when neededCollaborate with physicians, nurses, behavioral health providers, and other members of the care teamCoordinate referrals and follow-up careMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationProvide education and support to patients and their familiesQualificationsMaster's degree in Social Work from an accredited programCurrent Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licenseActive Arizona license required or eligibility to obtain licensure
