Trade Consultant - Melrose Gallery

Summary Provide luxury trade services to RH clients by cultivating relationships with interior designers and trade professionals, supporting project development and ensuring exceptional client experiences within the Melrose Gallery. Partner with the Residential Trade Leader to grow the trade business and coordinate across internal teams to meet fiscal goals. Responsibilities Deliver product expertise and elevated service to RH Trade clientele. Qualify potential clients and partner with existing trade accounts through consultations and gallery tours. Conduct site visits and assist with project development and installation coordination. Work closely with the Residential Trade Leader to expand trade business within the Gallery. Communicate and collaborate with cross functional teams at all levels. Maintain relationships within the interior design community and stay current in luxury design trends. Ensure fiscal goals and sales targets are achieved. Perform on floor duties including merchandising support and client-facing interactions. Requirements Experience in a high end furniture showroom, luxury retailer or design firm. Proven relationship driven success working with interior design or trade communities. Strategic, highly organized and results oriented approach. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to quality and detail with entrepreneurial drive. Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office and Google Applications. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
