Set along the breathtaking coastline of Kauai, Hale Hokuala Kauai, Curio Collection by Hilton, is seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to join the team during the pre-opening phase of this highly anticipated 210-room oceanfront golf resort. As an Engineering Supervisor, you’re not just overseeing daily operations of physical building and systems maintenance and repairs – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. Here's what you'll do during a typical day: - Ensure facility safety and compliance: Support the maintenance of the hotel’s buildings, mechanical systems, electrical systems, HVAC, and life safety systems, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations - Supervise maintenance operations: Assign and oversee daily maintenance tasks, ensuring thorough documentation of completed work in the property management system - Oversee contractor work: Supervise external contractors and inspect completed work for quality and compliance - Respond to service requests: Ensure maintenance requests, guest concerns, and emergency situations are addressed promptly and efficiently - Supervise and develop the team: Train, schedule, and supervise maintenance team members, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and performance |What It Takes to Make the Stay At Hilton, our core values define what it takes to succeed here and guide the qualities we look for in every team member: A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality.
