INTL - ServiceNow Business Analyst - LATAM

Job Description

A large telecommunication company is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst to join their team. The team is responsible for digital transformation across the business and are going through a ServiceNow implementation. The BA will be meeting with a variety of stakeholders to gather requirements, refine and priorities requirements, and work with technical teams to deliver on requirements.

Exact compensation for this position may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education, but is expected to be between $10-$12 USD. Benefits may vary based on location of candidate.

Skills and Requirements

7+ years of experience in business analysis

5+ years with ServiceNow

Strong understanding of ITSM, TSM, FSM

Proven experience taking in customer requirements and working with technical teams to deliver on requirements

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Telecommunications Experience
