They influence every client experience and attract the right talent to our team: Client-Driven Innovation Speak the Truth, Share the Why Learn, Improve, Repeat Dignity in Engagement Own it, Together As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer on the DoctorLogic team, you will design, build, and own features across the DoctorLogic platform, the patient acquisition product powering websites, marketing analytics, and lead conversion for dental practices nationwide. You will build the platform's next generation of applications and help lead its migration to modern cloud infrastructure, working across the full stack from data-intensive backend services and third-party integrations to polished, performant user interfaces. You will collaborate with product managers and engineers in a fast-moving, small-team environment with modern, AI-assisted engineering practices and high individual ownership. As our two products converge toward a unified platform, your scope will grow to include our companion patient engagement platform, Yapi, and the shared infrastructure connecting the two. Design, build, and own full-stack features for DoctorLogic's next generation of applications. Maintain and extend the existing DoctorLogic platform, including complex integrations with third-party marketing, analytics, call tracking, and scheduling systems. Champion agentic development practices: build and refine AI-assisted workflows, contribute reusable tooling and standards, and mentor teammates to raise team-wide velocity and quality. Contribute across both product platforms and the shared data and service infrastructure supporting their convergence. Produce clear, well-documented technical designs and lead design discussions for your areas of ownership. Own quality end to end: thorough unit and integration testing, ongoing peer code review, and active management of technical debt. Education and Work Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience on commercial SaaS applications. Deep experience building backend services in C# and modern.NET (.NET 6+). Strong SQL and data-access skills, spanning hand-written parameterized SQL (e.g., Dapper) and ORMs (e.g., EF Core), with SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL at scale. Experience designing and building scalable REST APIs. Strong React and TypeScript skills with modern front-end tooling. Experience with both AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure; depth in AWS (e.g., ECS, Lambda, SNS/SQS, Aurora/RDS) with working proficiency in Azure, or the reverse with a willingness to go deep on AWS. Demonstrated daily fluency with AI-assisted and agentic development tools (e.g., Claude Code) as a primary development workflow, including spec driven agent work and critical evaluation of AI-generated code. Proven ability to lead technical design for complex systems and document architecture clearly. Experience with cloud or database platform migrations. Experience designing event-driven, message-based distributed systems (e.g., MassTransit, SNS/SQS). Experience working in established codebases while driving incremental modernization. Experience mentoring or upleveling a team on AI-assisted development practices. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
