Job Title: Credentialing Specialist


Compensation:
$45,000 annually ($21.63/hour) + quarterly bonus of up to $1,500 (not guaranteed; dependent on sales goals achieved)


Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Credentialing Specialist to manage travel employee credentialing and personnel files. This role ensures files are complete, accurate, and compliant, while working closely with Recruiters, Account Managers, and travel staff.


Essential Job Functions
• Create, organize, maintain, audit, and file travel employee personnel files
• Collect required documentation from travel staff (licenses, certifications, health records, background checks, drug screens, and mandatory testing)
• Identify and resolve missing documentation to keep files current
• Review client contract requirements and prepare files for Quality Control
• Notify Account Managers of incomplete files and provide status updates
• Update the Titan database with file contents and expiration dates
• Support general administrative tasks within Client Services as needed


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle occasional last-minute changes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow detailed instructions


Education and Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1 year of credentialing experience in travel healthcare staffing required
• Customer service experience preferred
