Traveling Business Office Manager

Touchstone Communities is seeking a Traveling Business Office Manager to support multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation communities across Texas. This role leads day-to-day business office operations, including billing, collections, resident trust accounts, and financial reporting, while ensuring compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and payer requirements. The manager will travel regularly to communities, training and mentoring onsite staff, supporting audits and month-end close, and partnering with administrators and families.
