MORTGAGE LOAN OFFICER (LICENSED) LOCATION Frisco, TX | Onsite COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE $50,000 base salary plus tiered commission, with the opportunity to transition into a higher-earning commission structure Commission-only option available with recoverable draw Full-time | Direct Hire As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you'll build and grow a referral-driven pipeline by developing lasting relationships with Realtors, builders, financial professionals, and community partners throughout North Texas. Backed by in-house operations and experienced leadership, you'll have greater control over the loan process, faster turnaround times, and the ability to deliver an exceptional borrower experience from application through closing. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop new mortgage business through Realtor, builder, and community partnerships Guide borrowers through the complete mortgage origination process, including application, product selection, loan structuring, and closing Build and maintain strong referral relationships through networking, co-marketing opportunities, and regular outreach Partner with in-house processing and underwriting teams to ensure efficient, competitive loan closings Represent the organization professionally while expanding market presence and referral opportunities MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Must have recent experience as a mortgage Loan Officer Active NMLS license with authorization to originate mortgage loans in Texas Proven success developing business through Realtor, builder, or community referral relationships Demonstrated ability to manage an active mortgage pipeline in a production-focused environment Established Realtor or builder network within the North Texas market Experience originating construction, jumbo, or portfolio loan products Strong CRM utilization and pipeline management skills WHAT YOU'LL HAVE TO WORK WITH In-house processing, underwriting, and closing teams that help accelerate loan approvals and funding Comprehensive product portfolio including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, HELOC, Construction, and exclusive portfolio loan programs Company-supported business development through networking events, industry associations, and marketing opportunities Inbound lead opportunities to complement your relationship-based production strategy LEADERSHIP & CULTURE Experienced leadership team with more than 30 years of mortgage expertise Collaborative, accessible management committed to helping Loan Officers grow Performance-driven environment that rewards initiative and entrepreneurial mindset Team events and company-sponsored outings that foster a strong, supportive culture #J-18808-Ljbffr
