This role focuses on exceptional customer service, effective communication, and maintaining building standards, safety, and resident satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesFront Desk and Resident Services OperationsManage the front desk and lobby area and a constant presence at the front deskAnswer resident inquiries, telephone calls, and emailsProvide consistently prompt and friendly customer service, by phone and in personProvide information regarding community services and amenitiesAdministrate and maintain Lost and Found programResident Welcome and OrientationAct as a community ambassador and be the face of Sweetgrass culture and customer serviceProvide a consistently warm and friendly welcome to all residents and visitorsWelcome new residents and assist with community orientationPrepare and distribute welcome materials and information packetsMembership AdministrationMaintain membership records, guest passes, and owner informationProcess membership updates and account changesBe comfortable with providing answers to most questions and assist with any needFacility Access Control and SecurityIssue access control devices and amenity passesMonitor facility access and report suspicious activityEnforce facility access policies and proceduresEvent Registration and Program AdministrationRegister residents for events, classes, and activitiesCollect payments and issue receiptsMaintain registration recordsFacility Rentals and ReservationsCoordinate room rentals and reservationsProcess rental agreements and collect paymentsCoordinate setup and teardown requirementsCash Handling and Financial AdministrationProcess payments and maintain transaction recordsReconcile transactions in accordance with Association proceduresDisclaimerThis description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of duties.
