Commercial Leasing Administrator

Our client is a leader in managing commercial and residential properties throughout the Northern Virginia region. The Commercial Leasing Administrator will support the leasing and management staff by tracking leases, preparing documentation, coordinating with tenants, and ensuring lease processes run smoothly. This is a full-time position based in Fairfax, VA, paying $35.00 per hour. This is a contract opportunity. Responsibilities Support leasing and management staff with lease tracking, documentation, and correspondence. Prepare and review lease proposals, memos, requests, and contracts. Coordinate receipt of signed leases, security deposits, and ensure documents are completed timely. Maintain and update tenant files, databases, and related documentation. Obtain credit reports and perform background checks on tenants. Assist with marketing materials, lease abstracts, and budget analyses. Prepare leasing status reports and update broker information. Code and process leasing invoices; coordinate with accounts payable. Assist with meetings, presentations, and coordinate with related departments. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 4-8 years of experience in real estate, leasing, or property management. Strong written and oral communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Acrobat, and Illustrator. Highly organized with great attention to detail. Knowledge of legal contracts and documentation procedures.
