Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Oiler to support our crane and rigging operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing maintenance and support services to our fleet of cranes and other heavy equipment, ensuring that they are in optimal working condition at all times. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with ample opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Inspect equipment for signs of wear and tear, damage, or malfunction, and report any issues to the appropriate personnel.
• 
  Assist crane operator when moving the crane and acting as a dedicated spotter.
  
• 
  Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
• 
  Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.

Requirements:

• 
  Previous experience (1-3 years) as an oiler or in a similar maintenance role, preferably in the crane and rigging industry.
  
• 
  Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• 
  Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• 
  Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• 
  Must be willing to travel out of state for extended periods as required by project demands.
• 
  Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 
  Must pass fit for duty assessment, drug test, and background check.
