Immediate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Contract Opportunity

Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) contract opportunity at our Corporate Health Center in Adairsville, GA.

Pay Rate: $80.00/hr

Work Schedule:

• 8:00am - 4:30pm (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday)
• 32 Hours Per Week

Contract Details:

• Start: ASAP
• End: 12/04/2026 (possible extension)

Job Details:

• Provide and manage direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses and treatment
• Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients' clinical problems and health care needs.
• Records physical findings, and formulates plan and prognosis, based on patient's condition.
• Collaborates with Physician and other health professionals to prepare comprehensive patient care plan as necessary.
• Prescribes or recommends medications or other forms of treatment such as physical therapy, inhalation therapy, or related therapeutic procedures.
• Maintains medical records

Qualifications:

• Completion of a Nurse Practitioner Program
• Epic experience a plus
• Experience in acute care or walk-in/urgent care
• Current national certification (ANCC or AANP)
• Prior clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice or emergency department setting.
