Duties & Responsibilities Fabricate, fit, and weld assemblies to meet project specifications and quality standards. Inspect welds and completed assemblies to ensure compliance with company and industry standards. Operate welding equipment, grinders, saws, overhead cranes, forklifts, and other fabrication tools safely and efficiently. Measure, cut, and prepare materials for fabrication. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following all OSHA and company safety policies. Work collaboratively with supervisors, quality control personnel, and fellow team members to meet production goals. Identify and communicate fabrication or quality issues before materials move to the next production stage. Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and safety. Perform other duties as assigned.
