Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of client mental health status through virtual consultations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

  • Master's or doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  • Current and valid professional license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in California.
  • \n
  • Minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating adeptness in handling complex cases.

  • Strong understanding of mental health disorders, with knowledge of various evidence-based treatment modalities.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport and trust with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000 per year, complemented by a sign-on bonus of $3,000.
