$50,000–$80,000 in potential annual total compensation, including base salary, commissions, and bonuses

Recommend appropriate coverage options and explain available products.

Generate new business through provided leads, prospecting, and follow-up.

Build relationships with customers and develop a long-term client base.

Maintain a consistent pipeline of sales opportunities.

Work toward individual sales goals and agency growth targets.

Respond to questions, address objections, and help customers make informed decisions.

Participate in training and coaching to strengthen your insurance knowledge and sales skills.

Previous sales experience is required. Insurance experience and existing licenses are preferred, but candidates without current insurance licenses are welcome.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

A goal-oriented mindset and motivation to earn through sales performance.

Persistence and the ability to handle objections and setbacks.

Good organizational and multitasking skills.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

The ability to follow a prospecting plan and manage leads.

Initiative, accountability, and a willingness to learn.

Candidates must already hold, or be willing and able to obtain, both of the following within 30 days of starting:

Colorado General Lines Property & Casualty license

Colorado Life & Health insurance license

Training and guidance will be provided to help you learn the products and prepare for success.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday–Friday; no weekends

Work Setting: In-office and in the field

Experience: Sales experience required
