You’ll be: Leading the setup of dies and related equipment in a fast-paced environment Completing full die changeovers safely and efficiently, from last-piece to first-piece Performing die sets, press operations, and troubleshooting stamping processes Changing over multiple part number dies as required Operating stamping presses after receiving proper training Maintaining a clean and safe work area following 5S standards Adhering to work instructions and KanBan pull systems Implementing job-related Quality Objectives and Quality System Policies Ensuring safety for yourself, teammates, and products Pre-staging dies and communicating die repair needs Conducting accurate daily verification of measurement devices This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a high school diploma or GED (required) Possess 3 to 5 years of die/stamping related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about safety and quality Are detail-oriented and skilled in troubleshooting manufacturing processes What happens next Once you apply, you’ll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
