Lead Line Cook

Ally’s is looking for an experienced Lead Line Cook with a passion for great food and strong kitchen leadership. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, takes pride in consistency and presentation, and enjoys being part of a collaborative kitchen team. What You’ll Do: Lead and support the line during busy service Work closely with the Kitchen Operation Manager to ensure consistent quality, strong communication, and smooth daily operations Prepare and execute menu items with consistency, quality, and attention to presentation Assist with the preparation and execution of daily and weekly specials Contribute ideas and feedback as part of a collaborative kitchen team Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and organization standards Train and mentor new kitchen staff Assist with prep, inventory, and daily kitchen operations Communicate effectively with management and the FOH team Help ensure smooth, efficient service every shift What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of line cook experience required (lead or supervisory experience preferred) Strong culinary skills and pride in quality and presentation Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Leadership mindset with a positive, professional attitude Willingness to jump in wherever needed Friday night and Saturday daytime availability required ServSafe Certified, or the ability to obtain certification Why Work at Ally’s?
