Job Description 1. Work Tickets & Data Management Create daily Project Crew tickets Update dates for recurring biweekly/monthly jobs Complete and close all work tickets accurately Verify job details, hours, and billing accuracy Track extra services and special requests in spreadsheet Flag missing information and follow up with team members 2. Customer Service Follow up with clients after services are completed Log feedback, issues, or requests from management 3. Supply & Inventory Coordination Create and maintain log books for each location Close out supply orders and ensure proper billing 4. Platform Management Daily updates in ServiceChannel, Fexa, Worksmith (training will be provided) Ensure purchase orders have correct amounts Assist with reporting and documentation 5.
