Philanthropy Coordinator

To support fundraising efforts, the remote Philanthropy Coordinator will manage the Raiser's Edge/NXT database, oversee gift entry and acknowledgment processes, and implement prospect research while collaborating with the Advancement team. Key Responsibilities Maintain and audit the Raiser's Edge/NXT database, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency Oversee gift entry and acknowledgment processes, ensuring compliance with audit standards Analyze giving performance data and prepare recommendations for the Director of Philanthropy Required Qualifications Two to four years of experience in nonprofit or administrative work, with a focus on fundraising Knowledge of database systems, particularly Raiser's Edge/NXT and Constant Contact Passion for social justice and experience in a dynamic team environment Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Strong collaborative skills and willingness to take on additional responsibilities
