Registered Nurse - Cardiac
Shift Details: 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM, 3 shifts per week, 36 scheduled hours.
Job Description Requirements:
- Current Florida RN license or recognized compact license.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
- BLS and ACLS certifications (or obtain within 30 days).
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in Cath/EP Lab in acute care.
- At least 2 years management experience in Cardiovascular Services.
- Must have experience overseeing multiple units, including Neuro and IR, managing staff (26 FTEs) across 4 units.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
Description:
Leads Cardiovascular Services including Cardiac Cath Lab, EP Lab, Pre/Post Holding Units, and staff. Ensures high-quality patient care, compliance with corporate and regulatory standards, and optimal resource use. Promotes teamwork among physicians, staff, and patients. Responsible for department performance, patient satisfaction, and efficient operation of multiple units.
