As we Create with Collaboration, Serve with Integrity, Grow with Excellence, and Advance with Innovation.You will report to our Engineering Manager and work onsite at our Eastlake, OH manufacturing facility.You will apply your electrical controls design experience to our Bevcorp Product line of equipment.On a given day, you may:Prepare detailed schematics and working engineering drawings of electrical devices and system.Conduct electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic design, peripheral device programming, machine PLC programming, coordinate the machine debug, power-up, and machine validation with build and electrical teams and provide customer documentation as neededTravel to install site for install and runoffs with customer when applicable and necessaryWork with R&D team on new product development projects including design, testing and technical supportProvide assembly team with technical support during assembly and managing Final Assembly Test. May also support Field service with remote and onsite technical support.Work on continuous improvement activities to improve product performance, cost and standardization.Commitment to safety, understand risks, safety training, reports and document incidents as required.Ability to interact with company personnel, customers and vendors while representing company in a professional manner.Generate bills of materials from specifications and drawingsWork with cross-functional teams to solve problems and develop solutions for customersIntegrate Bevcorp equipment with existing machinery in the fieldIs a controls engineering subject matter expert.Requirements for the role10 years of experience designing electrical circuits and systems requiredBachelors degree in engineering preferredStrong understanding of Electrical design of circuits, pneumatic controls, electrical systems, machine controls, and electrical control panels required.Must be well versed at designing electrical systems/circuits using AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical, or similar software to design electrical control systemsMust be able to program Allen Bradley - Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) using ladder logicMust be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.Travel & LocationYou will be on site at our Eastlake, OH facility.Travel up to 10% to customer sites to support installations, field service, as part of the engineering team​Use of Technology in Our Hiring ProcessJBT Marel uses technology-assisted tools, including artificial intelligence (AI), to support the review of applications.These tools help our recruiting teams identify skills and experience relevant to the role based on job-related criteria.All applications are reviewed by people, and AI is not used to make hiring decisions independently.
