Senior Project Manager, Infrastructure & Capital Projects

Lead the planning, execution, governance, and successful delivery of complex capital projects and programs from initiation through closeout Manage project controls across cost, schedule, forecasting, estimating, progress measurement, risk management, and change control Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, execution plans, performance metrics, forecasts, and reporting dashboards Facilitate governance meetings, executive reviews, stakeholder workshops, and project communications Prepare and deliver executive-level reports, presentations, and performance updates Partner with engineering, procurement, construction, operations, quality, and contractor teams Support commissioning, startup, turnover, and operational readiness activities Identify project risks, issues, and opportunities and develop mitigation strategies, recovery plans, and continuous improvement initiatives Leverage PMIS platforms, digital delivery tools, workflow automation, data analytics, and AI-enabled solutions Contribute to business growth through proposal development, client presentations, solution development, project management best practices, and strategic client engagement Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Information Systems, Business, or a related field 8+ years of experience in project management, project controls, PMO, commissioning, program management, or capital project delivery Experience managing multiple stakeholders across technical, operational, and business functions Strong understanding of project management principles, capital project delivery processes, and project lifecycle governance Experience with scheduling, cost management, forecasting, risk management, and change control Experience supporting commissioning, startup, system turnover, operational readiness, or project closeout activities Experience implementing, supporting, or utilizing PMIS platforms and project controls systems Familiarity with digital project delivery, data analytics, workflow automation, and reporting tools Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Proven ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced project environments PMP,
