Responsibilities:

• Structure Transactions – Lead $5M+ acquisitions, financings, and leases, ensuring compliance with 2024 MA statutes.
• Draft Complex Agreements – Prepare purchase contracts, tenancy-in-common agreements, and loan documents, aligning with 2025 Boston zoning codes.
• Advise on Development Projects – Counsel clients on land use approvals and tax abatements, securing permits for $10M+ projects.
• Negotiate Deal Terms – Close 70% of transactions via direct talks, drafting term sheets to protect client interests.
• Mentor Junior Associates – Guide peers on due diligence, fostering the firm’s collegial, entrepreneurial spirit.
