You will play an important role in supporting clients with their daily needs, fostering independence, and ensuring their comfort and well-being. Location: Middlesex County and surrounding areas Shifts: Hiring for all shifts and hours. Part-Time and Full-Time positions We offer the following benefits and perks: * Pay starting at $18-$22 per hour * Health Benefits (Health, vision, dental) * Mileage reimbursement * Paid Time Off * Flexible scheduling - choose the hours you want to work! * 401K retirement * Referral bonuses * Training and certifications in Dementia CDP and CMA * Fun and supportive work environment Responsibilities: * Assist clients with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting * Support with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation * Provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, and assistance with daily routines * Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to the care team * Offer companionship and emotional support * Follow individualized care plans under the supervision of a nurse or case manager Requirements: * Must be at least 18 years of age or older * New Jersey CHHA (Certified Home Health Aide) * Valid Driver's License * Authorized to work in the US * Reliable transportation * Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing to ensure clear communication with clients and care plan * 6 months of caregiving experience preferred Always Best Care is an equal opportunity employer.
