Medical Surgical Oncology - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical Oncology experience.

• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

• ASN completion required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a New Jersey license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >40 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: RightSourcing Program - Hackensack Meridian Health.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: - Two (2) years of experience in acute adult oncology, specializing in leukemia & lymphoma, inpatient setting. - IV insertion and phlebotomy required.

Required Credentials: - ASN.

Preferred Credentials: - BSN. - Telemetry.

Special Requests: - Failed fit tests due to facial hair and the inability to shave automatically disqualify clinicians from proceeding.

Unit Details: - Oncology / MS Tele.

Shift & Scheduling: - Every other weekend and holidays as scheduled are required. - Weekends required as needed. - Holidays required as needed. - No on-call requirement.

Floating Requirements: - Within facility to like units.

7 days maximum time off

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• ONS (Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider)
