Key Responsibilities\n

  • Facilitate therapeutic group sessions tailored to children, families, and multi-family units, utilizing psychoeducation, discussion techniques, and group dynamics to foster connection and healing.

  • Design and implement comprehensive treatment plans based on accurate diagnoses and patient assessments, ensuring that each individual's needs are met with age-appropriate therapeutic approaches.

  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients' families and support networks, including educators, social workers, and other stakeholders, to ensure a holistic care approach.
  • \n
  • Coordinate case management services to provide multi-system support, reinforcing our commitment to a coordinated care model.
  • \n
  • Integrate Trauma Informed Care (TIC) principles into clinical practice, ensuring that all interventions are sensitive to the needs of clients with trauma backgrounds.

  • Actively participate in ongoing training and continuing education to maintain licensure and stay updated on advancements in mental health practices.

  • Adhere to strict documentation and compliance requirements, ensuring that all client interactions and treatment progress are accurately recorded in electronic medical records.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse patient population, including children, teenagers, and families dealing with a variety of challenges, such as mental health disorders, trauma, and substance misuse. Our integrated services aim to meet the holistic needs of clients, providing individuals with the support they need to flourish in their everyday lives.

Qualifications\n

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited institution.

  • Valid independent state license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) in Oregon or eligible for licensure.
  • \n
  • Demonstrated competence in managing a substantial caseload while collaborating effectively with various stakeholders within the mental health landscape.

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling efficient interactions with clients and team members.

Preferred Experience\n

  • Strong familiarity with electronic medical records and data management systems, with a focus on optimizing client interactions and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
