Join our team to work directly with experienced Bcbas in-person and collaborate closely with caregivers. Together, we deliver effective, compassionate Aba services while helping you build your skills and confidence as an Rbt.

No Experience in Aba? We'll Pay You to Learn!

Earn money while you train to become a Registered Behavior Technician (Rbt)

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in psychology, education, social work, child development, or related field preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• Reliable personal transportation (rideshare services not accepted)
• Passion for working with children with developmental disabilities and making a positive impact while working in clients' homes
• Interest in psychology, education, or behavior therapy
• Patient, empathetic, professional, and dependable

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 Aba therapy to children with autism in their homes
• Follow behavior intervention plans created by a Bcba
• Accurately collect and document data during each session
• Support skill development in communication, social interaction, and daily living
• Collaborate with supervisors, families, and team members to ensure consistency
• Build trusting, supportive relationships with clients and their families
• Participate in regular training, supervision, and professional development
