Outpatient Only Internal Medicine Physician Ft. Myers, Florida $300,000+ Compensation

Outpatient only senior care practice in Ft. Myers, Florida

Medicare-friendly service to the patients

The group sees patients ages 65+ in an outpatient only setting

You will work Monday-Friday

No hospital work or inpatient admits/rounding required

The shared phone call schedule is 1:10

Each office uses cutting-edge technologies including an on-site, robotic pharmacy to make the patient experience better

Small patient panel, which allows for amazing continuity of care

Compensation

Salary with sign-on bonus = $300,000 Total Compensation

In the second year, there is a base salary increase and performance-based incentive bonuses

These bonuses are based on patient satisfaction surveys

Each physician also receives malpractice coverage, relocation, and full benefits including: health-disability-life insurance-401k with company match-16 vacation days-6 holidays-5 CME days and $1000 allowance
