WHO YOU ARE

You're a cook who takes pride in your craft and wants to keep getting better. You thrive in a professional kitchen, care about the quality of the ingredients you work with, and understand that consistency, organization, and teamwork matter just as much as the finished plate.

• 4+ years of professional line cook experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant, hotel, or comparable kitchen
• Strong proficiency on multiple stations, including sauté, grill, plancha, fry, and/or garde manger
• Ability to independently set up, execute, and break down a station to established standard
• Experience with scratch cooking, butchery and fabrication, sauces, stocks, and proper cooking techniques
• Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, product handling, labeling, and rotation
• Ability to execute consistently during high-volume service while maintaining quality and presentation
• Experience helping train or support less-experienced cooks is a plus
• Open availability and willingness to work in all meal periods: breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner and banquets & catering.

Compensation is based on relevant experience, demonstrated skill level, and station proficiency.
