Schedule & Location

• 40 hours per week
• MondayFriday
• No on-call rotation*
• Properties located throughout the Twin Cities
• Office based in Golden Valley, MN

Compensation & Benefits

• $25$27 per hour, based on experience

What Youll Be Doing

Youll bring your experience to a wide range of building maintenance work, including:

• Electrical troubleshooting and repairs
• Plumbing maintenance and repair
• HVAC inspection and servicing
• Painting, drywall, and carpentry
• Preventive maintenance and long-term solutions
• Delivering professional, high-quality work our clients trust

What Were Looking For

• 2+ years of building maintenance experience
• Pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Professional communication and customer service mindset
• CPO certification preferred
• Special Boiler License preferred

Building Maintenance Management is a locally owned, family-run business serving the Twin Cities since 1987. We provide preventive maintenance, general building maintenance, renovations, and remodeling for multi-family and commercial properties.

Interview Process

• Phone Interview (10 Minutes)
• Virtual interview via Microsoft Teams (45 Minutes)
• In-person meet-and-greet with the Hiring Manager (30 Minutes)
