Job Title

Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Location

Big Spring, TX

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 4x12-Hour Shifts | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure timely and effective treatment
• Document patient information accurately and in accordance with facility protocols
• Respond to emergent and critical patient situations using established clinical guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license – must be in-hand at time of submission
• Current ACLS certification required at time of submission
• Current BLS certification required at time of submission
• Current NIHSS certification required at time of submission
• Active Nursys profile required at time of submission
• Candidates must be available to complete required health/lab items within 72 hours of offer acceptance or have a documented completion plan in place

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Previous Emergency Room nursing experience in a high-acuity environment
