Key Responsibilities Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates utilizing computer hardware and proprietary software. Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate. Schedule, coordinate, and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects, including subcontractors. Review job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing process. Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives. Manage production expenses, including equipment, vehicles, and other material assets. Additional Responsibilities Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews. Provide priority response to potential customers. Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates. Position Requirements Valid driver’s license. High school diploma/GED; Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred. At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience. At least 3 years of industry experience. IICRC certification preferred. Skills / Physical Demands / Competencies Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance. Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics). Ability to repeatedly push, pull, lift, and carry objects. Ability to work with or around cleaning agents. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law. Compensation Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
