- Ensure all work meets local and state plumbing codes
- Clearly explain repair options and recommendations to homeowners

- Accurately document work performed and collect payment when required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
- Collaborate with team members to uphold service excellence standards
- Valid Plumbing License (State of Illinois preferred)
- Minimum 2+ years of field experience (residential service preferred)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- High level of integrity and accountability
- Comfortably discussing pricing and collecting payment
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
