We look for team members who live these values in every shift. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the front-of-house team to serve guests delicious food made to order. Have a thorough knowledge of our menu and offerings to ensure accuracy and quality in every order. Assist with on-the-fly guest and team needs, quickly adapting to provide what’s required. Understand dietary restrictions and food allergens to accommodate guest requests safely. Coordinate with back-of-house and front-of-house staff to ensure all orders are delivered promptly and accurately. Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and overall guest experience. Requirements Must have reliable transportation to and from work. Physical Demands Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, stretch, crouch, twist, and turn throughout each shift. Must be able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch while lifting and moving up to 30 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds or more. Must have manual dexterity to handle and feel items, operate the register, and use phone systems; reach with hands and arms between 6–72 inches.
