What Will You Do?

• Implement fun, personalized ABA strategies one-on-one in clients' homes
• Support with daily living and personal care routinesincluding toileting, hygiene, and self-care skillsusing structured, individualized ABA strategies to promote independence.
• Collect and analyze progress data celebrate those wins!
• Communicate effectively with team members and families
• Participate in engaging staff meetings and training sessions

What Do You Need?

• RBT certification preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Love working with children babysitters, teachers, daycare heroes, students in psychology or related fields, this is YOUR moment!
• Physical ability to assist clients when needed
• Warm, friendly personality & great communication skills
