Position Description Plan, schedule, oversee and direct service management of projects Fiscal responsibility for assigned projects, including projects costs, profitability, and forecasting Communicate directly with contractors, designers, customers, and users concerning project requirements, costs, staffing, and scheduling Act as liaison between customer, engineering, manufacturing, and sales Prepare project status reports and work to ensure plans adhere to contract specifications Responsible for all project related paperwork; this can include documentation of conversations, change orders, and customer notifications Responsible for the review of bill of materials, test reports, time sheets, and expense reports of field personnel Document and report all warranty and rework issues related to assigned projects Work to ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication, timely responses, and actively working to meet customer schedules and expectations Conduct project reviews and feedback on the internal process of project completion May need to apply for US Security Clearance 30% domestic and international travel Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent 3 years of related project management experience Familiarity with contracts and construction management concepts Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures Valid Driver's License Preferred Qualifications PMP Certification LEED Certification Compensation Information Base salary range $65,000 - $90,000 USD (Annually) Benefits Offered Medical (with Health Savings Account), Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan with company match Stock Purchase Plan with company match Company Paid Basic Life Insurance Parental & Caregiver Leave Employee Education Assistance Program Employee Assistance Program Employee Appreciation Incentives (Birthdays, Recognition Awards, etc.) PPE Reimbursement Data Protection & Privacy Notice : Before applying, please review our data protection and privacy notice at to help you understand what information we collect, why we collect it, as well as your data protection and privacy rights.
