Med Surg New Building 4E Faulkner 36H Nights

Schedule: 36 hours nights, every other weekend & holiday commitment. Location: 4 East – New Building. New graduates welcome to apply. Responsibilities Plan and provide patient care for assigned patients in accordance with Nursing Standards of Care and the institution’s Clinical Practice Manual. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, assuming full responsibility for patient outcomes. Execute the Patient and Family Centered Care Model and uphold best practice standards. Apply hospital standards in service area, including teamwork, communication, respect for others, and time/priority management. Operate effectively under stress while maintaining professional interpersonal and communication skills. Qualifications BSN required. Massachusetts Registered Nurse licensure required. BLS certification required. Demonstrated analytic thinking to care for a group of patients. Strong observational skills and ability to set priorities. Proficient in applying hospital standards, teamwork, communication, respect for others, and time/priority management. Ability to function under stress while maintaining interpersonal and communication skills. Adherence to all ICARE standards for Staff RN, Psychiatry, and Ambulatory/Float positions.
