Your ‘day To Day’ Lead the deployment, localization, driving change, ensuring successful landing of all PMI Tech initiatives. Translate business into IT solutions by leveraging Global PMI Tech portfolio, offering to deliver services required by the function and promote the worldwide suite of applications. Works closely with Solution Management to consolidate local portfolio and drive standardization. Partner with business units and cross-functional teams to deliver IT solutions for manufacturing and operational systems Lead the support and maintenance of local and global IT systems, resolving day-to-day issues Adhere to relevant policies, procedures, and standards to achieve quality and compliance of solutions and services and ensure compliance with GxP (Good [x] Practice) requirements. Who We’re Looking For Legally authorized to work in the U.S. Commutable distance to Aurora, CO. 6+ years proven track of experience in deploying global IT systems (Manufacturing or Quality Assurance areas experience is an asset) Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or related field Service management experience (ITIL certification is a plus) Experience in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies (certification in project management e.g., PMP is a plus) Experience working in/with IT Operations or Service teams with an understanding of MES, LES, SCADA integration, Industry 4.0, IoT, IIoT, AWS cloud) An action-oriented individual, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ready to work in a challenging business environment Annual Base Salary Range: $149,600- $187,000 Per Annum What We Offer A competitive base salary, annual bonus (applicable based on level of position), great medical, dental and vision coverage, 401k with a generous company match, incredible wellness benefits, commuter benefits, pet insurance, generous PTO, and much more!
