Dedicated Class A Driver – Home Weekly Onsite | Eugene, OR, Seattle, WA, Portland, OR
Direct Hire / Full-TimeHireNow Staffing is actively recruiting multiple seasoned, highly skilled CDL A Drivers to join one of our valued client partners. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this dedicated Class A driving opportunity. This role requires dependable, safety-focused drivers who can consistently manage regional dedicated routes, handle unload responsibilities efficiently, and maintain strong delivery performance while operating across high-mileage freight lanes throughout the Pacific Northwest and surrounding regions. HireNow Disqualifier: Candidates with jumpy or inconsistent work history will not be accepted or interviewed. Key Responsibilities

• Operate CDL A commercial vehicles safely across dedicated regional routes
• Transport dry freight while maintaining delivery schedules and freight integrity
• Unload freight using rollers at delivery locations
• Complete 2–4 loads weekly with multiple delivery stops per route
• Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections in compliance with DOT standards
• Maintain accurate ELD logs, mileage reporting, and transportation documentation
• Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding route updates, delays, and operational concerns
• Maintain compliance with all federal transportation regulations and company safety protocols
• Operate efficiently during both day and night shift schedules

Required Qualifications (Highly Important)

• Valid CDL A license
• Proven regional or dedicated route driving experience
• Ability to unload freight using rollers
• Strong DOT compliance and safety history
• Comfortable operating multi-stop delivery routes
• Ability to work flexible day/night schedules
• Strong attendance, professionalism, and time management skills
• Stable and consistent employment history
• Must reside within required hiring radius:
  • Eugene, OR (within 25 miles)
  • Seattle, WA (within 50 miles)
  • Portland, OR (within 50 miles)
• Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Valued)

• Dedicated fleet or regional route experience
• Experience operating in WA, OR, ID, MT, UT, or Northern CA routes
• Touch freight and roller unload experience
• Clean inspection and driving history
• Experience using electronic logging devices (ELDs)
• Strong communication and route planning abilities

• Jumpy or unstable employment history
• Poor driving or safety record
• No CDL A license
• No dedicated or regional route experience
• DOT compliance violations or serious infractions
• Inability to manage unload responsibilities
• Failure to meet location requirements

HireNow Package Compensation:

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,969
• Top Weekly Pay: $2,486
• Average Annualized Earnings: $102,417
• Top Annualized Earnings: $129,316

Schedule & Freight Details:

• SOLO Driver Position
• Home Weekly (34-hour reset)
• 2–4 Loads Per Week
• 3–4 Stops Per Load
• All Dry Freight
• Roller Unload Freight
• Day & Night Shift Availability
• Safe & On-Time Bonus Program

Pay Structure:

• 0–48 Months Experience: $29.00 – $30.50/hour
• 49–200 Months Experience: $31.00/hour
