Compensation: Full-time total annual compensation between $48,000.00 - $150,000.00; including 25% commission on front payable gross and 5% commission on back payable gross if 12 or more units are sold in a month and customer satisfaction criteria are met, subject to terms of pay plan. 90-day guarantee of $4,000.00 per month while you train according to terms of pay plan!
