Job Summary:
The Telemetry Medical Surgical Float nurse position is located in Concord, New Hampshire. This role involves providing specialized nursing care across medical-surgical units, with a focus on telemetry monitoring and patient assessment. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting multiple units as needed.

Job Details:

• Position: Telemetry Medical Surgical Float
• Shift: Nights (12-hour shifts)
• Schedule: 36 hours per week
• Start Date: 08/31/2026
• Minimum Experience: 0 years required
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; NHISS needed prior to start
• Licenses: Active NH or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license required at time of submission; validity verified through NURSYS report with all active RN licenses
• Required Qualifications: Active NH or Compact RN license, 2+ years of experience in medical-surgical nursing or critical care (with fluency in care of med-surg ratios & acuity), current certifications (BLS & ACLS), experience with Cerner electronic medical record is preferred not required, and the ability to pass a Dysrhythmia Exam during onboarding with a preferred score of 80%
• Additional Information: Candidates may be required to float to alternate locations including facilities in Franklin or Laconia, NH. RTO (Reasonable Time Off) must be included at the time of submission.
