Quick Facts Location: 5633 North Lidgerwood Street, Spokane, WA 99208 Start Date: 08/03/2026 Duration: Ongoing, with possibility for permanency Shift: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (clinical hours) Hours/Week: 40 hours (plus OT procedures as needed) Employment Type: Full-Time Locum Tenens with potential for permanent hire License/Certifications: Active WA license or IMLC, DEA required, BC in Gastroenterology, GI Fellowship required Experience: Prior GI fellowship completion required Pay & Benefits Competitive pay rate: $1.00/hour (subject to bid specifics) Pay Schedule: Weekly via direct deposit Benefits: Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements where applicable Paid sick time as per local and federal laws Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team What You’ll Do Provide inpatient Gastroenterology care at Spokane hospitals, including potential outpatient procedures Collaborate with hospital staff and specialists to deliver high-quality patient care Manage GI assessments, procedures, and follow-ups in a hospitalist setting Adhere to safety and coding protocols for inpatient procedures Offer consultation and support to medical colleagues and staff What You Need Valid and active WA medical license or IMLC Board Certified in Gastroenterology (BC) Completion of GI Fellowship DEA license Strong clinical skills and experience in inpatient GI care Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team About the Assignment Join a dedicated team serving Spokane’s community with top-quality GI care.
