CDL-A Driver — Dedicated Reefer Account | Weekly Home Time

We are currently hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated refrigerated route offering consistent miles, steady pay, and reliable home time. This position is ideal for drivers looking for a stable schedule and straightforward freight with minimal physical demand.

Route & Schedule

Regional routes across Colorado, Southern Wyoming, and Eastern Utah
Average ~1,700 miles per week
Home weekly (home daily options may be available depending on location)
Typically multiple loads and delivery stops per week
Night driving required
Freight is a mix of live unload and drop & hook
Consistent lanes designed for predictable weekly routing

Pay & Incentives

$0.70 – $0.80 CPM based on experience
Average weekly earnings: $1,400 – $1,600
Estimated annual income: $73,000 – $82,000+
$17 per stop pay
Up to 3% performance bonus for safety and on-time deliveries
Guaranteed weekly pay available

New, well-maintained fleet
2025 automatic trucks with auto-chains
Refrigerated trailers (training provided)

Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 3 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience
Must be 21 years or older
