Registered Nurse (RN) - CCU

Intensive Care Nurse

Must be flexible - Day or Night shifts to be determined per roster period dependent on staffing needs.

Contract Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week (3 12-hour shifts)

Requirements:

• 3 years minimum ICU experience
• Current Hawaii nursing license (must apply upon acceptance of offer)
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale certification
• EMR experience with Meditech

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in an intensive care setting.
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and health management.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols.

Compliance / Notes:

Dress Code: Professional wear - Scrubs - Must arrive the Thursday before start to attend an employee health appointment on Friday.
