PrEP & HIV Prevention Navigator - Outreach & Care

CAADE

CAADE in Los Angeles is seeking a full-time PrEP & Health Navigator to support HIV prevention efforts. This role provides outreach, education, and care navigation for communities affected by health disparities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and experience in community health, strong communication skills, and knowledge of HIV prevention strategies.
