Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years MRI experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A rewarding opportunity is available for an experienced MRI Technologist with a proven background in advanced imaging. This position offers a contract engagement at a reputable healthcare facility, providing the chance to work with a collaborative and supportive team.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 3:00pm to 11:00pm
Key Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as an MRI Technologist, ideally with a robust track record in hospital or clinical environments
- Proficiency in operating MRI equipment; experience with Canon systems is a plus but not mandatory
- Current ARRT (MR) certification or equivalent recognized registry
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and ability to ensure patient comfort throughout imaging procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Adaptable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
Core Responsibilities:
- Perform MRI scans according to physician orders, adhering to established protocols and maintaining high-quality imaging results
- Prepare and position patients, ensuring safety and comfort while providing clear communication throughout each procedure
- Evaluate images for diagnostic quality, coordinating closely with radiologists and other imaging professionals
- Manage daily workflow efficiently, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with patient scheduling as needed
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues or coordinate with service technicians
- Maintain cleanliness and infection control standards within the imaging suite

$2,322 - $2,448/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
