Deaconess Women’s Hospital is seeking a full-time Urogynecology and Pelvic Reconstructive Surgeon to join a thriving program. At the Urogynecology and Pelvic Rehabilitation office, we provide specialized services needed to help patients live a fuller, healthier, and more confident life.

The Women’s Hospital is the region’s market leader for women’s health services with over 3,100 deliveries a year and a catchment area of 1.6 million people in three states. Regional leader in women’s health with access to reproductive endocrinology, maternal fetal medicine, gynecologic oncology and urogynecology.

You’ll be supported by an already established team that includes a full-time urogynecologist, nurse practitioner, women’s health physical therapists, and three experienced nurses.

• Provide comprehensive care for women with pelvic floor disorders through surgical and non-surgical approaches

• Highly competitive compensation ($458K base salary guaranteed for first 12 months.  Productivity-based compensation model.  Able to exceed base from the start. $36K sign-on bonus for 3 years or $50K for 5 years.)
